I haven't had one in a while. I have bipolar and my dreams are very related to that. When manic, they are often dreams involving me being out of control.

Last night's was I was riding a bike. I was going down a hill fast and a handle bar flew off. I parked the bike and tried to reattach it and I dit have screws.

Also, I have an ex I have seen for several years, and I always dream about him when manic. It was an unrequited love thing. So when I see him in the dream, he is always in bad shape. I an always worried about him and distressed.

He mirrors a part of you. When you feel you are in bad shape you dream about him. In the bike dream, you feel you have some control over it. (life).
