Hi guys I was wondering if anyone else deals with something like this. I deal with serious anxiety and depression but I meditate before I go to bed so I fall asleep feeling pretty good. However most nights, I'll wake iup full of panic and anxiety. Sometimes I will have had a dream that was clearly based off some subconscious anxiety but a lot of the time its random.

I was going through that last year. It was pure hell. Medication has helped me - first Latuda, then Lamictal.

My body does that crap sometimes. I'll wake up in a panic attack. I don't have a solution or anything to help, sorry. Wanted you to know I have similar experiences.

It’s very good that meditation is in your routine before bed. If your waking with anxiety, it seems that there are definitely anxiety issues that are coming through in your sleep and dreams and lingering. Another practice that can be very helpful is to journal just before bed. Even if just a few sentences about what’s on your mind. I’d suggest that you then journal upon waking any key symbology or memories you have about your dreams. It’s incredible the insight you’ll get from looking at the content of your dreams in order to pinpoint what’s creating this anxiety.
