Hello, super new here. My name is Mai, and I have a problem! I wanted to see if anyone else could relate, perhaps? So, for the past 2 years or so, IÂ’ve been getting these very vivid dreams. Not all of them are bad, however they are very strange to say the least. Anyway, I would wake up every morning and I would be absolutely EXHAUSTED for the rest of the day. Whenever I would remember the events of the dreams, I would sometimes feel physically ill or queasy because of how real it felt and how much energy it took out of me. Sometimes the vividness of the dreams arenÂ’t present, and they had stopped for a while now, but they are back. Can anyone help or relate? IÂ’d love to know your thoughts. Thanks for reading!

Dreams can mirror real life. Are you in an exhausting real life situation?
