I'm getting really confused lately, I'm having a harder and harder time trying to remember if a memory was a dream or real. My dreams are very vivid and usually span a long period of time and seem to pick up where they left off. I can't remember if a discussion had been had with my husband in reality or a dream. I can't remember if he said something in reality or in my dream. I can't remember if I did something really or not. On top of that I keep misplacing stuff like with in seconds and I have no memory of what I did. I'm finding gaps in my memory... is it I'm just crazy, getting old at 45, dissociation, help.

Hello, I can relate to the dream aspects. I often have dreams of being at a beach, clamoring around and through the rocks, while big waves start rolling in threatening to wash everyone away. Because these dreams resemble actual experiences I've had, it's difficult to distinguish them from reality.
