21 and I suffer with depression. I've had it almost my entire life.
I am always fatigued around the afternoon. It's absolutely annoying. I can't remember the last day I have had where I wasn't tired during the day and fell asleep and took a nap. My thyroid is normal, B12, etc. It's probably depression-related. How do you deal with this? How does anyone deal with this? I felt hopeless again today. I felt like giving up again. I cope with it I guess through sleeping. I hate this illness. ![]() |
