I recently lost my dad and I am having nightmares and they are about me dying next. I had brain surgery in 2017 and I am so scared he tumor will come back so in one dream it did come back and the doctors told me I only had one year to live so that one year will be up in August so I am scared that my dream is a sign..

Nope. There is no scientific evidence that dreams can predict your future. I am sorry for your dad's loss, you may be suffering from one of the grief stages. There is no correlation between tumor recurrence and your dream. I hope it doesn't come back. I also hope that you will recover from your dad's loss....

I think you dreamed about you’re dying because the death of your father makes you anxious about your own health, which is understandable because you just had a brain surgery. Our fear and anxiety in real life often manifest in our dreams as our brain will try to handle them and our brains work harder when we are sleeping. I’m sorry for your loss and hope the nightmares will stop soon
