Hi
I got some sleeping issue, I feel so tired and rusty because of the lack of sleep. I didn't know whats the actual reason for it.i tried using some medicines, but couldn't get any good results. I could not concentrate on anything because of this problem. I hope that I will get some support here.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry you are having so much difficulty sleeping. I don't tend to get as much sleep as I'd probably benefit from either; & consequently I'm pretty-much always tired. Here are links to 4 articles, from PC's archives, on how to get a better night's sleep:

I was just put on Trazadone and it has been helping me sleep. I don't know if this is a medication you have already tried , but if not you can suggest it to you Psychiatrist.

Insomnia can be caused by so many, many things. Could be nutritional-related as in you're anemic, or deficient in vitamins and minerals or iron. Could be due to your lifestyle. Could be related to a health problem. Could be related to a social or work situation that has you stressed out.

There are cognitive sleep behavioral therapists who can help you determine what the cause of your insomnia is. Can you ask your doctor for a referral to a sleep specialist? Ask for a sleep study. I had one done that showed I am a naturally segmented sleeper and also, as we age, our sleep patterns drastically change. We become lighter sleepers with age which means insomnia can happen because of hormonal changes in the body for both men and women.
