So I had this dream recently. Only one part of the dream was particularly creepy. Most of the dream was me and my friends (only one I actually knew irl) drinking wine going to parties and walking through doors. Although there was this one part me and my mom a hiding in the pine forest under a purple and blue thunderstorm. Then at a massive and compact building, my mom saw I had being watching videos. And asked me in a serious voice" dose Tsukioversuki (no idea who that is) ever curse at you?" Which freaked my out. And then I bolted up trying to run away. The thing that really freaked me out though was that I had sessions of false-waking up. And I felt myself roll around, move in ridiculously strange positions. Pull my bottle of Gatorade to my lips and lay down again, move my hair around. And just shift relentlessly. So after I woke up I looked for it, it wasn't in the place i left it before i went to sleep. It was in the place I remembered moving it too. I'm seriously freaked out. I've had dreams while I was somewhat conscious all my life, never thought much of it. Thought they were just nightmares or bad dreams. But not one like this. Sorry if this isn't making sense my thoughts are muffled. Should I tell my therapist?

I would talk to my T about it, you have nothing to lose, right? Have you ever been a sleepwalker or had some sleep test done?

I have never been a known sleepwalker. No one had ever caught me doing anything suspicious in my sleep. The only thing others have reported to me is that I talk in my sleep. And that is usually just gibberish. I'm not sure what you mean by sleep test, but no. I dont think so.

I also have these scary dreams sometimes. I sleep with a stuffed toy in my hand to get comfort.

A "sleep test" is a sleep study in which you are monitored all night (either at home or in the hospital in a pleasant hotel-like room) to find out if you have any type of sleep disorder.
