I was falling to hell. It was all white around me, I couldn't yell, scream, my mouth would open but I couldn't yell for God or Jesus. I thought it but like someone was holding me.

It might be connected to sleep paralysis as you where not able to move, as well falling in the dream. Maybe you can research "Hypnagogia" which is the experience of the transitional state between wakefulness and sleep in humans: the hypnagogic state of consciousness, during the onset of sleep.
