My boss is a close personal friend of my husband and I. We're both married and he's ways treated me like a sister. Recently I've been having dreams that we are getting very hot and heavy and a few times have even woken up close to climaxing... Why am I having dreams like this?? I don't think of him in this way on a normal basis and it has me flustered when I see him... HELP!!

I agree with this.

The mind is a funny thing. Really, only you can know for certain what your dreams mean. All the rest of us can do is tell you what they mean in our experience, or the experiences of others.

As for being flustered when you see him, he has no idea what you've been dreaming. But eventually he'll know something is going on. Then best advice I can give you is to try to calm down before you know you're going to see him. Depending on your situation (e.g. you never know when you're going to see him) that may be easier said than done.

I've not thought of my boss as I don't find men attractive in that way but my work colleague is 60 years old and I've been having the odd dream that I've made love to her.. I'm 33 so maybe the being younger and having fun with an older woman does ut for me.
