I can't seem to get on track. I'm sleeping during the day for most of the day and I sleep all night too. I am awake for maybe an hour in the morning and a few hours at night. My primary physician wants me to see a pulmenulogist (a lung doctor). My psychiatrist doesn't want to increase anything, because I'm sleeping so much; but she won't decrease anything either. I skipped my meds the other day and started hallucinating. My dreams are really weird and like hallucinations themselves. I've been coughing since January. I feel like I'm dying and I don't know what to do.

Get outside and exercise more. That may help.

The pulmenulogist might have some good pointers regarding your tiredness as well, glass_owl. See what s/he has to say.
