I dreamt my mom was pinching me hard and I was frustrated
Finally I tried to punch her, but ended up actually punching the air in real life I almost fell off the bed |

Teehee. Yeah those kinds of dreams can be angering, I've had many, but always a relief to find it was only a dream. My ones involve punching and kicking into thin air, blankets going everywhere or nearly putting hole in the wall. It's a sign of inner stuff going on. It must be.

Yeah, it feels intense at the time. About as intense as yours though. And do you know what Blah nlah? - I found, for me (and if you have more similar dreams maybe you can take note) I found that my ones are often triggered by how hot I become while sleeping(!) True story.
