So day two in a row (took some wobbly time off) of no caffeine and Modafinil 100 mg at 11 am. Looks like it's doing well. Yesterday evening was a bit challenging, then up late last night, and slept in until about 9:30 am.

Well that all caved in. Sunday and I've not taken any today. But had two sleep attacks. I wish I could dial this in properly.

Another check-in. Had two coffees early this morning after a bad night's sleep. Then Modafinil at 11 am. Was in bed not 2 hours after. Awake but having flushes of being tired.
I was nodding off at my desk. Whatever is causing this is absolutely powerful. It's like an anaesthetic. It's not being tired, it's like I'm drugged. Can't just snap out of it. |
