DavidStamps of Laconia, NH, is a certified smoke cessation counselor. He's helped thousands quit smoking. I went to a SC counselor, just like David, who helped me quit for over two years. I've read over this program, and it's a good one. I hope you will give it a chance if you are thinking about quitting; new to your quit; or even, like me, into my quit once more.

This quoted material is just an outline of what is available on the site, whose link is posted below.

Quote:
This section contains practical tips and ideas for those who are quitting smoking.
I taught smoking cessation for five years - leading dozens of groups, helping hundreds of people. I was a heavy smoker for 30 years who quit with the help of an American Lung AssociationFreedom from Smoking® Seminars. Many major hospitals now sponsor these or similar courses.
I have arranged these pages in the order one might use if they were just starting the process of quitting. Even if you have quit by the time you get here, it may be helpful to read all the material.

I hope we can share any of our experiences, strength and hope about our quit; about this program; or about anything to do with the attempt to quit smoking here. We're all in this together. The more, the merrier!

Peace!
