I really can't believe it been a whole year since I quit smoking cigarettes. I don't know how I made it this far and never bought another pack.... I just wanted to say that....It's been a year since I quit smoking cigarettes!!
 I smoked for about 7-8 years. And I used nicotine lozenages for about three months. Then I used peppermints. Now I'm cigarette free.

Congratulations on one year. That is great. I am at 106 days and feel strong about it. Hopefully I will be like you next January. Thanks for the post.
