As of 4am I will have been smoke free for 48 hoursThat's the closest I can come to hugging myself. I know it's probably stupid to quit right now with all the crap I have going on but I need control of just one thing in my life. One thing that I'm doing for me and my well being.

There is no good time to quit, so don't use "all the crap" as an excuse.
