This morning I decided that I want to quit smoking, I have done so before for 2 years but I was pathetic and started again, So I have made an appointment with my doctor for the 18th January for help with quitting.wish me luck

Good for you! Let me know how it go's. I want to quit too but I am scared I did quit before for 1 year dumb me went back to it. I know I would feel so much better.

Hey Buttercup - yes definitely good luck with this - I understand that it is one of the hardest things to do, but one of the greatest thing you can do for your health (and your bank balance) - have you read Allan Carrs book "The Easy Way To Stop Smoking" - I found it really helpful. Let us know how you get on - hard does not mean impossible. Soup
