Day 2, again.

Going to do it this time,
i've got to day 11 before..

This time it's for good.

horrible as usual.. - but i've tried patches, ecigs, gum, champix (oh god…)
pretty much everything.

And cold turkey seems to be most successful for me.
So just a few more days of crap..
And then just gotta watch myself (drinking e.t.c.) and i can start to enjoy being a non smoker.

(i'm using a hypnotism tape, which has really been helping.. you listen to it once a day)
and it really sends you into a trance.. - i think it's helped massively.

i'm on day 4..i quit for a year and a half and started back up last spring..the first 2 days are the worst..but cold turkey is the way to go for sure..after about a week i'll be fine!

I did it cold turkey .. on day 316 now .. i guess it took me about a month to feel okay with it.
