I have been doing a 30abs (thirty day abstaining from alcohol) because I've joined Moderation Management. the beauty of going thirty days without alcohol has given me a new perspective on things, like I can accomplish anything if I set a reasonable goal to start!

I'm gonna try for a 30abs from cigarettes. it's easier than saying "never again" and I'm hoping once I break the habit I won't need to go back (or the e-cigarette will suffice after my 30abs). I know this sounds crazy and there are probably a lot of people that would read this and think "that's stupid." but hey, I'm gonna go for it!

I'm also going to go to group hypno-therapy for smoking on Wednesday. it's perfect timing...wish me luck!

Good Luck! Something that works for one may not work for another. What the heck,
Give it a try let me know how you do. Sounds like you have a plan which is good.
Thanks for this!
