How long haven't you smoked for? I gave up today after 25 years and I am not looking forward to the battle.

Uhh, my last cigarette was Monday. I have smoked for 2 years.

I'm now in a mental and physical battle with myself. I feel like I'm crawling out of my skin, and I'm like, isn't it better to just smoke a cigarette than feel like this?

I just wanted to say thanks to who ever started this thread I have been trying to quit for years with no success and now getting ready to start try again......... I know it will be so hard but so worth it
