Hey all smokers well I replaced smoking with eating like I do everytime and drinking beer I like to be self destructive but, I am changing that and am getting better I love you for getting out of the smoking trap because I can loose weight it's tough

Congrats on the smoking cessation! Yes, try to find things to satisfy your "oral fixation," so you can loose the weight you've gained. I know some people chew gum, suck on hard candy, and/ or of course, try to eat foods that aren't fattening when they have the urge to eat.
