65 wonderful, smoke-free days!!! I still get stressed, things still go wrong...but the NEED to smoke through it is gone. I was trying to explain it to a friend last night. I was justifying my smoking with "It's the only thing I have control over right now"...and it dawned on me that I have control over my smoking!!! I can control it and now I do by NOT doing it
I simply love this feeling.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! 65 days is fantastic. Keep up the good work. I quit in 1993 and it's best thing I ever did for myself. Way to go.

Avlady, I'm happy for you as making the decision to quit is even harder than actually going without cigarettes!! I will be here cheering you on
