Usually during this time, it is my coffee and cigarette time. Until can secure me and kitties a home where I can have hot tea, a table by a window to write, I am
doing the iGodMind.com meditations to help with the process. There are free samples for many things. I can't post links yet as I'm new here but, if you like, check out the 16 minutes Addiction releaser. Be sure and read about it for proper use.

Also, using visualization to help me. Altoids for cravings. Every time I think of and catch my thought of smoking, I take deep breaths.

Wishing You All a Successful Day

I'm day two free as well. Wish I had it together as much as you do. Keep up the good work!

Way to go, you two. Yesterday marked five weeks smoke free for me. Since I was smoking about three cartons a week, I was spending about $150 a month. My wind is coming back, the physical cravings are gone, but the financial benefits are huge. It's like I gave myself a huge raise.
Thanks for this!
