Hey there,

My friend recently quit smoking but then he started up again. I was wondering if anyone can offer me advice so I can support him.

I don't smoke nor do I nag about hom smoking or make me feel guilty about starting up again.

Any advice is thoroughly appreciated!
Hugs from:

It's all up to him and him only. No one stops until they truly make up their mind to do so.

You make him understand the consequences and the diseases that he would go through if he continues to smoke. As well as you can change his mind by showing him the results or meeting him to some people who have suffered a lot because of smoking.
