Tomorrow it will be two years since I quit cigarettes.

At this time I am feeling pretty low about most everything in my life. So I think it might be good to stop and at least acknowledge that I was finally successful in quitting smoking.

More important than not smoking is being completely nicotine free. And winning back good health.

I would like to treat myself to something special tomorrow. But it would have to be something that wouldn't cost much money. Any ideas?

It is officially past midnight and where I am it is February 4th. I am as of now celebrating my two year anniversary of being 100% smoke free. And two years minus four months of being 100% nicotine free. (I used nicotine patches and gum the first 4 months of my journey. I never vaped. I didn't gain weight, either.)

Congratulations on quitting smoking. That is an awesome thing. Why not treat yourself to a cup of your favorite coffee or some frozen yogurt. Keep up the good work.
