I have smoked for the past 28 years. I have tried to quit multipack times yet always failed. I am using the patch to help with the transition and from not biting my family's heads off. Lol it's been 10 days and I'm still struggling... Ugh Do any of you have additional tips that may help keep? Thanks!

I smoked for 30+ years & quit cold turkey three years ago. I smoked almost four cartons a month...which costs almost $200 where I live. After I'd saved enough money I bought an inexpensive new car with the payment of about $200 a month. If I start smoking again I can no longer afford the car. I don't know if some kind of financial incentive is possible for you, but smoking is hella expensive!

Very good idea! It's crazy how expensive it is. Average cost here is 7.56 a pack. farewell smokes... I got this!

I used the vape pen and quit for a year.
But I've started again because I drank alcohol again after 8 years...so I am browsing this board. Congratulations! Keep going it is so worth it.
