I decide how to respond, or to not respond at all. I realise I may sometimes be mistaken. My opinions and feelings are not set in stone, however strong my feelings may be. I decide. (as a wise elder would say, feelings are not facts)

You are totally right Queen Fuzzy Bear! My former psychiatrist tried his best to tell me the same thing, feelings aren't facts! But my feelings still take over my logical side of my brain unfortunately.
