I got regrets about my career because it has turned impossible and I don't enjoy it anymore, but I can't change it easy as that cause I have a bachelor's degree, but that makes me feel so bad with my self cause I have to go over it and still going in my career, but I it's hard for me the frustation. what can I do?

If you have a lot of experience in this job, you can use it to get another job that isn't necessarily in the same field as your bachelors degree. Sometimes it is the environment. Maybe try the same type of job with different people in a different environment and it might change your mood as well.
