Confidence has always been synonymous with "success", "leadership" ...

But how do you imagine a confident person and what is so good about confidence?

Here are some quick tips how to develop self-confidence:
  1. Find your soul mate.
  2. Change the style of clothing.
  3. Think positively.
  4. Become a personality.
  5. Know Yourself.
  6. Do not just think but act.
  7. Be kind and generous.
  8. Know your principles and goals.
  9. Speak slowly and clearly.
  10. Improve your posture.
  11. Set a small goal and achieve it.
  12. Change some habits.
  13. Focus on solutions.
  14. Smile.
  15. Be thankful.
  16. Self-education.
  17. Watch for yourself.
  18. Get active.
  19. Get in the front ranks.
  20. Establish contacts.
  21. Public speaking.
  22. No comparisons with others.
  23. Praise each other.
  24. Spiritual practice.

Not so long ago I have started a new porject called Treat Depression. It's main goal is to help people to deal with depression and giving them everyday tips on how to live with it.

all due respect, i think finding your soul mate is usually something that happens to you when you already HAVE self-confidence. my lack of self-esteem is what has prevented me from having normal, healthy relationships. and as for being kind and generous, it's never worked for me - it's mostly gotten me used, marginalized, and tossed aside. i have tried everything under the sun to raise my self-esteem. none of it has worked.

I am goin thru lot a lately and still think thts not the way to improve ur self esteem can anyone have better option???
