We focus too much on people's thinking about us. How do you correct this if even a little ?

I believe that most people are egocentric and think more about themselves than thinking about others.

If you realize that other people think more about themselves than they think about you, then your ENTIRE problem will go away. In its ENTIRETY. Not "correcting a little", as you requested, but a full 100% solution. |
