When you walk outside, breathe in the fall air and thank the higher power for what you do have.

Try to obey the rules of of the road, to save yourself money, everyday!!!

Eat a snack when you are starving.

Take a nap but set the timer and then go for a outdoor walk around the block

Don't allow yourself to stay unhappy for more than one hour because, you can't fix it any way, so smile and tell yourself something stupid and funny in the bathroom mirror.

Put on some makeup with the intention of washing it off and if it turns out good wear it. Do the same thing concerning your hair, dareing hair style that you would never wear outside, but if it works out wear it outside.

Forget someones insult or bad comment today just because you can do it just for this day and maybe tomorrow you will be back to yourself. But let eveyone off the hook today, for no reason, just to say you could do that the day through if it occurs.
Then give yourself a really big hug like you have not done in your life.

Stay up all night and drink tea and turn on your favorite music and even dance, maybe invite the neighbors over and have soda, chips and some great candy just for the heck of it. I know it is crazy and not really you, but just this time DO IT.

Honk at a good looking person as you drive down the street, even though you usually don't ever do that. Laugh and tell yourself for today you can be another kind of person, just today and be all right with that.

What comments do you have about this post.????
