Hello my friends,
It's my third post today and why i am posting again and again is that i want to know your suggestions about some stuffs in my life which will be of immense help in my endeavors .I seriously like the amiable atmosphere here and i find all are friendly too.Great
I want to accomplish a great task, a path breaking one but i don't have anything.I am poor, heartbroken, bullied, lonesome, mutilated( internally-mentally)whenever i sit in front of my books those people and things would come, a thousand people calling me fool,idiot,fool,idiot,begger.. as negetive thoughts
How can i be positive and accomplish my dream?

Through a lot of hard work. Have you considered cognitive thereapy? (CBT)
Are you seeing anyone? Therapist/psychologist/counsellor?
Conquering paralyzing negative thinking is not as simple as just saying 'okay I don't want to do this anymore' and *poof* it's gone. Since a lot of it tends to build up over time - decades, for some people - it takes the same kind of diligent effort to face it and put it behind us, or at least manage it in a way where it's not so counterproductive in our daily lives.
Another thing that's cheesy and effective: daily affirmations.

hello, I have those negative thoughts too. Especially when I'm trying to concentrate on something. I use meditation as a way to clear my mind..........D.

I read through your other posts, and my suggestion (along with quite a few others) would be for you to seek therapy. It's hard to defeat these kind of thoughts on your own, especially considering where they came from. So yes, therapy, I would start there.

You cannot accomplish a path breaking, great task all at once or alone. Break it down into steps and then break down the steps into smaller steps. Perhaps one of the first things is to work at building your self esteem and getting rid of the negative voices. I would try some therapy and identifying and getting involved with others who are on their own, similar path. What you are going to do on top of the mountain is yours, but might as well climb it with others going the same way?

You can try to realize that those people are telling you lies about yourself. This is called projection.....people who say things about you....that are really how they feel about THEmSELVES. Don't let other people define you. Only YOU can do that.

Rigaschuckler, I have found that sometimes just telling yourself ONE positive thing can halt a progression of negative thoughts. I know what you are going through. I struggle everyday. I try to be positive to myself. Sometimes, I say things to myself that need to be said, even, especially when I don't feel like it or even believe it.
Thanks for this!
