I feel you I hate everything about myself sometimes Iat least I figured out how to stop acne don't eat and dairy products or sugar and drink more water and wash ur body with a plain odorless oil free soap bar I have teany tiny acne barely visible and don't eat fried foods and that's it it works

Hello, I'mnotstupid, and welcome to Psych Central! I am really glad to hear you have gotten a handle on your acne.

You might want to meet with a therapist if you are really that upset about how you look. Perhaps some other things can be done to help, too, such as a new hairstyle, etc.

I think it's better to be intelligent than really good-looking myself. (Of course, that probably says something about my looks!) I have great friends, a great hubby, great kids--and an advanced college degree to boot!

I'm sorry you feel bad about yourself, I tend to feel that way too. I suffer from bad acne, but that's probably due to all the sugar I eat. Hope you find your place here, and if you can look into a therapist to help you, it has been helpful to me.
