It's nice, (and rare I find) to allow yourself to really feel proud of an achievement. So I figure, lets share what we feel proud of, because, I know I don't really allow myself to say "I've done something well, and damn it, I'm proud of what I've done!"
I'll start with: I'm proud of the fact that I started pole dancing lessons just over a year ago, and even though I've had my "I'll never be any good at this" moments, I've stuck with it, and intend to for many years to come. I've lost weight the healthy way as opposed to how I have in the past, and my arms have never had the muscles that they do today.
This is the first thing I haven't rage quit because it takes a long time to learn.

What are you currently proud of?

That's a great thing to be proud of, and very hard to be.

I am proud of the fact that I worked hard enough when I was younger so I could be well taken care of now that I am older and in need of a little help.

I have lost a ton of weight, 60 lbs, and am getting myself into great shape. I couldn't walk 2 miles a year ago, I would be so tired and winded and feet would ache.

Now, I can run a 5k, ride close to 100 miles on my bike in one trip, bench press over 100 lbs. I'm in an intermediate fitness class on my way to advanced.

I am proud of my 3.9 GPA in psychology and the fact I've never done below an A- in any psychology class.

I am proud of my patience and kindness, and that I rarely get mad.

I'm proud...That I've maintained my grades so far and that I've always showed up to every after school practice for every event...and have kept my stress in check? I guess it's the little things that make you feel good

A couple of years ago I would have felt embarrassed to say I was proud of myself for anything. But, here is the first thing that comes to mind. About a year and a half ago I started Zumba Fitness. I have stuck with it, learned to love it (did not at first), and now try to practice better self care in general.
