I have found that hating myself is not good, mostly because there have been many times that I am all that I have. Weekends are always hard for me. There is little to no help for the emotionally struggling over the weekend. Weekends I go into survival mode. Best wishes.

Why?

I think it's important to look at what it is that you hate about yourself. What are the details that you hate so much?

I mean, I'm like one of the kings of self-loathing. I can start with childhood and go through, in pretty darn good detail, every aspect of what it is that I hate about myself and I have a really, really hard time off-setting it with anything positive, but I'm working on it.

So I would suggest taking a good hard look at just what it is that you hate. Then start changing it. You have the power to do that so go get it!
