Im on the right track thanks for exercising. Im trying to smile more and today I added a "good Morning" and "have a great day". Its amazing how contagious a smile is. Sometimes that is all that someone else needs.
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

I start my day out finding something positive to focus on or something to be grateful for. I call that "keep a smile in your heart."

It helps. I also have started a journal (therapist idea). I put my negatives of the day down first and positive last. That way I can end my day on a positive note.

Thanks for posting this short, little bit of encourgement. I am not having a pleasant day and my self-critical nature is in full gear. I think I will forgive myself for yesterday, because it's gone, over, and focus on myself and taking better care of me. Tomorrow will be brighter.

Staying positive and making changes does take effort. I too have noticed some more positive mood due to working out, but it's an effort each time. Some days I can really be a lot of positive energy and other days are really challenging. It's one day, one step at a time.
