This is a good daily exercise from a mindfulness meditation class I took. Each session we had to say what nourished us that day and make an ongoing list to use for future days.

So the questions for today, what nourished you today? What might nourish you tomorrow?

Today - a walk around a park with plenty of greenery.
Tomorrow - a big salad for lunch

Watermelon and home made iced green tea with stevia. Sunshine, and thinking calmyu and clearly to get my work done. (All of this after a series of snafus began the day.)
Thanks for this!

Today I ate too much which was not nourishing to me. I did try something new so that will go on my list on things that nourish me.

Tomorrow, a crisp cool morning to enjoy.
