I haven't read this book but his book "Feeling Good – The New Mood Therapy" is really good.

I read one of his books. Might be "feeling good"
I found it helpful in a CBT oriented way. |

I keep his " Feeling Good" book on my desk at work so when I get negative or suicidal thoughts, I get out the book and do the exercises.

I highly recommed his approach towards wellness for mental health. Thanks for the reminder because I am now to the pont of reviewing the same chapters that have been working for me. My book also helps with keeping a mood chart and logging my negative thought processes. |
