Or the way I look. My confidence is kinda low and I have anxiety and insecurity about my sexual performance so I never approach anyone I find attractive. There's probably more- much more than sex and looks but I don't like the way I look and I don't imagine others would like it either

kray_bray_may, I am sorry that you are feeling this way. I can say this. Our thoughts cannot always be trusted. In some cases our thoughts have no merit and are just not true. Try to be open to this concept and catch yourself when your thoughts are negative and ask yourself if they can be wrong. A therapist could help you with this. Our negative thoughts mess us up so much. Best wishes.

I feel like my therapist was crap. I felt highly uncomfortable talking with him. The times I was comfortable with him, he was useless

I am sorry you feel that way. I would recommend looking deeper into that. Try to understand why are you don't like your body. Who told you something about your body? What are your beliefs about your body? Is having sex is a sin? We all have lots of limiting beliefs that were given to us while growing up that we took it for true. Now, we need to eliminate them,. because they don't allow us to live. Try to remember yourself what your experience was the first time you though about your body? Has anyone saw your body? What they say? All of the pain is caused by memories from before. You need to heal that pain first, the first memories that became fundamentals for you.

I feel the same way which is why I am making a small choice to change my body. I want to look better and hotter for myself.

That's the crucial bit. I like to think that improvement I perform on myself I have done for my sake. If we look at the drivers for the change, do you think our reasons for improvement might not be very sound? i.e. improving - which is really changing - myself to fit certain standards, portrayals etc
