Do I have signs of low self-esteem

Hello,

I'm 26 y.o, All girls I tried to date reject me, I've never made it to the second date and eventually never had sex, personally I don't know why, but this week.. I asked my brother to take a video while I was talking (I've never seen myself when talking from the side). Oh yeah, I'm also a Know-it-all nerdy atheist .

All girls who rejected me told me that I'm weak ... and I just want to know what's wrong with me? Do I have low self-esteem (based on the video) ?

All I see is a gummy smile, glasses and nice person, what do you think should I work on? Do you think I have to avoid unnecessary smiles?

Also, I hated myself when I saw the video, I don't imagine myself like that. My self-image is far better.

If I ask you girls about my attractivness? can you give me a score between 1-10, honestly?

I really need your help, because I got rejected several times for the same reason : weakness. And this is very depressing.

Are you talking about the slang use of weak as in some sort of face off in comparison to another's presentation?

I guess I wonder about dating style and what prompts women to not get past a second date, is it how you carry yourself in conversation?

I cannot figure out why dating is difficult for you? Is it the girls that you date? Dunno..

Thanks for your reply, and sorry for not putting the video in youtube... Anyway, the guy in the video wears glasses, gummy smile, smiles everytime he talks to other people...etc.

I mean by weak (like most girls told me) , that I'm not being myself when talking to them.

The main reason my datings screw up is that reason : A nice guy, know-it-all , low self-esteem, not being myself, comfort zone..etc.

I only received volume on learning Chinese. From the subtext, one thing that stood out was, 'I am a programmer. Do you know what a programmer is?'
To me, that signifies a presumption that others lack some semblance of education.
It'd probably, go better, to talk about what your career does for you. To even discuss stories of travel or experiences. Something to open up lines of questions and create a two sided conversation.
