"VERY high mark for low self esteem"
that means you have a low self asteem?"

yes i think that if you want help you may try to share a bit more.

what do you usually do when you feel like crap?
try to do something that has physical strain in it untill you feel really..sort of exosted. NOT something that can hurt you! not dangerous or over workign your body

heck i like these forums!
you have the share self help ideas forum and there is plenty of informaiton there.

let`s tell you something that i do-don`t expect you to do the same but at least maybe will make you laugh -

i climb trees!
from the momet i touch the tree i feel this good energy going therough my hands and when i climb it it kicks in and i feel so free and so good and the joy comes and the sadness/anger/stress goes away.

if you don`t feel like talking in a forum you can always PM some1 here. most of us here are willing to communicate otheres and listen to their problems so you`re wellcome :(
