Hello, I am a student at a university. We were asked to join an online support group for the class. We were asked to join one we are interested in or one that pertains to us. I chose self-esteem because I myself deal it. Just getting to the point in my life where I accepted, and love myself for who I am, is taking a while. So I'm excited to receive the great tips, and testimonies.
Thank you. ![]() |

Could you be more specific of what you are looking for?

Well, I am generally looking for ways people have overcome their low self-esteem. I know most of us maybe come here because we are trying to overcome it, so what is that people are to doing to get that started. I would like to go back and forth with people about things we've tried that have worked, or might not have worked.

I keep one thought in my mind. "I am not better than anyone else, but I am just as good."
