. I suspect you form a minority, since almost everyone I talk to wants to change something about their bodies or improve it in some way.

But I also note that you prefered the younger you to now. And I suspect that feeling will increase as you get older, or if you develop some disease.

What would you prefer to your body now, if you could change it?

Aging is normal and natural. No I absolutely don’t prefer younger body because that would be unnatural and would not look right. I never said I prefer the younger me. I don’t plan to age backwards lol or look like I am 20, that would be unnatural. I am just acknowledging the fact that I and most of us have better bodies in young age because that’s simply how nature operates. It doesn’t make me prefer anything else or dislike myself.

Oh as about what to change, I gained some weight this year, got to lose some. It’s not hard to do. Just got to do it
