My ex would always try to build himself up-in fact he mostly spoke about himself..and would try to make me jealous..I stroked his ego too much and the relationship wasn’t equal at all. His needs were being met 10”%, but me? Not even close..

Hi Gymgirl71. I am sorry your ex would coax you into building them up while you were suffering.
