I'd caution people away from AI services that seem generic and don't have any information about the company providing the service (such as the AI link provided earlier to talk2us). You really have no idea what they're doing with your data.
After working on an AI myself for mental health support, I decided to partner with an existing company instead. I'm an advisor with Bambu AI (Meet Willow! ) which has built an AI specifically for mental health support called Willow. We work directly with OpenAI to gain access to models to use in innovative ways, especially with how this AI is trained to be empathetic.
