My self esteem is in the toilet. If I don't find someone to appreciate my love then I don't feel life is worth living anymore. I should have left years ago but was too afraid to be alone. Even though her track record is of leaving me high and dry a few times in my life. Our relationship is a sickness. It's an addiction. There's so many women out there who say they can't find a good man , well I'm a good man yet I can't find anyone to love. Where are you all ? Why can't I get off of this ferris wheel of life that goes nowhere ?

Something is keeping you stuck. Do you have a therapist to help you look deep within?

Yes. There's nothing wrong with being a good person but obviously the relationship you're in is having adverse effects on your self esteem = mental health. So, without knowing much about your circumstances, it seems as if this relationship may need to come to an end. And from there, perhaps a new start will take place.🙏
Thanks for this!

I've been looking for a good old fashioned psychotherapist but have had no luck so far. I know that in the past I've had therapists who told me to leave this relationship so I CAN build up some self esteem. I did , once , but caved in and got back in touch with her which resulted in our reunion. I was lonely. If only I had met someone......
I DO need to look deep within and face myself....
