I have intermittent explosive disorder (I took at test that I trust) and it said that "rigid thinking" is my worst point.

I am trying to attack my biggest issue first.

How can I reduce my rigid thinking without eliminating my CORE VALUES?

Thank you for any thoughts.

I wasn't sure which forum this should go in, so I just posted it in the general section.
