I'm a new member here because I wanted to get help with my issues. The thing is, when i look at other people's posts and problems, they all seem way worse than mine which makes me feel intimidated or as if the certain way i deal with issues is unnecessary and stupid

I sometimes feel like that too... just try to remember and work on realizing that nobody's problems are worse or better than anyone elses. We cannot put a "value" on something like a persons experiences... because they're all subjective. One thing for one person might be easy, and very hard for someone else!

Hi!
I felt the same way. It's all relative and that's what i am learning. I feel like I haven't been thru have the ish other ppl have, but nonetheless my problems are concerning to ME, ya know? I don't want to keep living the way I have and I want to change....

My struggles and issues are different from yours and yours are different from xzy's issues and struggles, but that doesn't mean that you are not struggling or that your issues are any less important because they are not as bad as the next persons. I am learning that if your issues are causing you distress and any kind of pain then you deserve to help yourself Welcome!
