Like many others I have taken the Sanity test. I got a score of 100 for self esteem.
I just don't care any more. I gave up ages ago trying to stem the tide because I found it was just impossible. Don't care Possum |

It still bothers you, though, doesn't it? Even though maybe you feel like giving up. I keep finding myself wishing that someone could give me the self-esteem that I don't have. That will never work, but if we keep working for it, slowly, we can build some self-esteem for ourselves. Any little bit counts.

Thanks Rapunzel
I was beginning to think I was invisible. I did end up taking the actual self esteem test and got 19. Trying to change just feels like being in quicksand. The harder I work the more gets thrown at my mind. ![]() Having DID doesn't help either. Some of us aren't always pulling in the same direction. ![]() Possum |

Quicksand is a very good description of it. I'm stuck too. Change is hard. Gotta keep trying, though.
