Kind of an uncomfortable question we have...hope we don't hurt anyone by asking.

How do you know if what your are feeling/experiencing is a "Body" memory?

I have very uncomfortable sensations sometimes in secret places on my body, but I don't know if this is a body memory or not?

Sorry for the uncomfortable topic....

I asked the same question a long time ago, so don't worry.
I personally classify body memories as physical sensations that you get and can't be explained by any sort of medical condition...they don't have to be very specific in my opinion, mine weren't/aren't...but can become more specific to the suppressed memories tied to them
Thanks for this!
